German Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel designating TILOS as the blueprint for the development of green energy island projects across the European continent.
During a three-day visit to Athens, Sigmar Gabriel, German Vice Chancellor and Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, identified TILOS as the blueprint for the development of green energy island projects across the European continent.
“Every good example is worth 10 times more than theoretical discussions,” Gabriel said in Athens, with German delegates indicating that the Greek island of Tilos lent itself perfectly for the construction of a smart power and storage grid able to supply up to 80 percent of the locals with green energy.
