Management Structure

The management of the consortium partners consists of the key mechanisms and people introduced in the subsequent sections. The project operations will be carried out, by using the following roles or groups:

  • Project Coordination Committee
  • Project Manager
  • Technical Manager
  • WP Leaders
  • Task Leaders
  • Advisory Board

The project is managed and administered at its topmost level by the Project Coordination Committee, which is the formal decision-making body for the project. It consists of the Project Manager who chairs the committee, the Technical Manager and a representative from each partner. The Project Coordination Committee shall meet as required, while biweekly conference calls shall be held in order to monitor the technical progress of the work and identify problems at an early stage.
